Creating access to transformative theater.

NCTC aims to engage ALL audiences throughout Oregon, with strong emphasis on serving rural communities that are traditionally deprived of cultural opportunities, including prisons, schools, and homeless shelters. We are all one community and NCTC seeks to make that apparent by providing the best quality classical theatrical performances in these venues; as well as traditional theatrical spaces.

NCTC seeks to transform all our audiences with dynamic, inclusive performances followed by forum discussion, about the performance and its themes, which will knit together all of our venues to form a community; using the art as a touchstone for catalytic change in the individual audience member and in society.
